Our firm is looking for a driven AR/data entry clerk with outstanding communication and client relationship skills.
We're seeking a detail-oriented, and reliable individual to manage our accounting You must have at least a basic understanding of accounting principles as well as experience with Excel. This position will primarily handle contacting clients to discuss their overdue payments, monitor accounts on a daily basis, and identify outstanding balances on accounts. Applicants must be willing and able to adapt to varying workloads and client demands.
Accounts Receivable (entering payments, collections and month end closing/reports)
Filing and invoicing
Previous accounting experience a must
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Responsibilities include:
Perform data entry and general accounting/administrative duties
Calendaring and managing deadlines.
Manage, Order, and organize inventory and supplies
Assist with special projects throughout the year.
Support daily duties but not limited to, answering phones, timekeeping.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and copiers
Strong written and oral communication skills English/Spanish
Able to act independently and multi-task
Must be organized and detail-oriented
