Construction Station Flooring and Design is looking for an experienced sales representative for our flooring division. They will be working with both residential and commercial customers. We are looking for a motivated sales person with a hunter mentality that can deliver top notch service to our customers. This position will pay a base salary with strong commission plan. Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site consultations, measure spaces, and recommend the best flooring options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners.
Stay up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor pricing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while managing your sales pipeline effectively.
Qualifications
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Proven sales experience, particularly in B2B and outside sales
Familiarity with account management and business development strategies
Proficient in using CRM and other sales technologies
Experience in Commercial, Retail and Multi family sales
Ability to conduct product demos and analyze sales data
Training in flooring will be provided
