Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional with experience in staffing and temp contracts?

We’re looking for a Bilingual Outside Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to join our dynamic staffing agency team! This is your opportunity to grow with a thriving company and make a real impact in the workforce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business by identifying and securing staffing and temporary service contracts with local businesses.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular on-site visits and consistent communication.

Develop tailored staffing solutions to meet client needs.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.

Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and local community functions.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably within the staffing or employment services industry.

Proven track record of closing contracts and achieving sales goals.

Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required.

Must reside in or near San Bernardino County, Riverside, or Ontario, CA.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
