We’re a busy, family-owned auto repair shop in Corona, CA looking for someone to with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE at the front counter and ordering parts. If you’re GREAT with people, love to SMILE, give EXCELLENT customer service, organized, and a Team Player, we’d love to meet you.
This position requires
- Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent proven teamwork skills
-Excellent Organization and self-time management skills
-Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
-Automotive service experience is preferable not required
- Resourcefulness, integrity, and positive attitude.
This is a full hands-on position requiring helping the service advisor with every task they need. From customer service, checking in and checking out customers, answering incoming calls, updating customers, making sure customers feel welcomed, ordering parts, returning parts, dispatching jobs to technicians, refilling waiting room and restroom supplies, etc.
