We’re a busy, family-owned auto repair shop in Corona, CA looking for someone to help out at the front counter and manage parts. If you’re good with people, love to SMILE, give excellent customer service, stay organized, and not afraid to jump in where needed, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-Talking to customers in person and on the phone
-Writing up invoices (Checking in and Checking out customers)
-Ordering and returning parts, keeping things organized and office clean
-Working with techs and advisers to keep the shop flowing
-Jumping in to help with whatever needs doing—road tests, clean around the shop etc
What We’re Looking For:
-Friendly, easy to talk to, and customer-focused
-Able to multitask and stay organized
-Comfortable with basic computer stuff
-Experience in a shop or parts is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
-Spanish-speaking is a big plus—lots of our customers speak Spanish
-Team player with a “let’s get it done” attitude
Pay: Based on experience – competitive hourly rate
