Key Responsibilities:
-Answer and manage multi-line phone system professionally
-Provide excellent customer service in-person and over the phone
-Perform general administrative tasks: filing, data entry, scheduling, email correspondence
-Assist with errands, deliveries, or off-site tasks as needed
-Maintain organized records and office systems
-Support management with daily operations

Requirements:
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Must be dependable, punctual, and resourceful
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (willingness to travel)
-Working in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
-Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role
-Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
-Familiarity with QuickBooks system
