Seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide staff support and help ensure that the company’s daily functions run accurately and effectively.
Duties will include:
Administrative and office support
Receptionist tasks including, but not limited to, fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling appointments
Filing & data entry
Other duties as assigned
Candidates MUST possess the following skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
QuickBooks experience a plus
Ability to work independently
Accuracy and attention to detail
Effective presentation and communication skills
Able to take direction and follow instructions
Respect for client confidentiality
The hours for this part-time position are generally 8:00am-4:00pm, Tuesday-Thursday.
