Responsibilities
Oversees application and enforcement of the Attendance Control Policy for the workgroups ensuring 100% compliance with C23 discussion/ documentation and issuing attendance letters including termination. Oversees recruitment for Customer Service including the onboarding, fingerprinting, medical and BADGING clearance processes. Work directly with our managers @ 3+ airport stations
Works closely with the Payroll Department to ensure consistency with coding and employee pay compensation
Coordinates injury on duty follow-up, leaves of absence/return to work requests, medical clearance and CAR processing
Constructs and facilitates both work schedule bids including vacation bids for both work group
Create and enforce administrative and operational policies and procedures
Creates and maintains formulated Excel spreadsheets to analyze trends and facilitate projects in key areas such as budgets, headcount forecasts, overtime spending and attrition logs. Investigates and resolves employee administrative discrepancies
Prepares and participates in unemployment claim hearings. Coaches and counsels Agent/Support Staff and Management workgroups applying C3P and ACP/AMP when necessary. Completes ad-hoc analyses as required by department heads
Must be able to work in a team environment with the ability to prioritize work and projects in order to meet deadlines and objectives
Must have strong organizational and analytical skills
Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum age of 18
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
Two or more years of airline operational experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Possess the legal right to work in the United States
Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
Supervisory experience, preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook , preferred
Advanced working knowledge of Excel including charting/trending and PowerPoint, preferred
Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations and quantitative analyses, preferred
Ability to understand and apply the company/federal regulations, preferred
