Our company in Chino produces plastic pouches and bags. We are hiring an accounting assistant to support the manufacturing department.
Duties and responsibilities
Set up production orders.
Enter production orders daily and analyze variances.
Assist with inventory control and record inventory transactions.
Scan and file reports and documents.
Other accounting and office duties as needed.
Education & Experience
An understanding of accounting concepts
Experience working with Microsoft Excel
Desire to work in the accounting area and to handle detailed transactions.
Ability to analyze transactions and to prepare related reports.
Bilingual English/ Spanish is a plus.
