Green Diamond Resource Company is currently looking for a Seasonal Facilities Maintenance Technician to work at our California Operations located in Korbel, CA. This position provides general maintenance and repairs for all Green Diamond offices, buildings, and facilities associated with the California Timberlands Operation. Additionally, this position provides assistance to Green Diamond Security as needed which includes the maintenance and repair of gates throughout the property, maintaining signage, and managing trespass and dumping issues. The job requires skill in carpentry, painting, minor electrical, plumbing and mechanical. The expectation is to provide routine repair and maintenance at the various sites to keep the grounds, facilities, and improvements in good working order. This work includes cleaning around the outside of facilities which could mean mowing, weed-eating and other minor landscape tasks.This position will work during the summer and into the fall with employment ending approximately the end of October.
