We are looking for an EXPERIENCED technician that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time.
We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama.
We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.
Our shop won the Humboldt Listener's Choice Award in multiple categories for 2023 and 2024, along with being nominated for Best of Humboldt in Automotive Repair in 2025 . We are rapidly growing our sales over the past 6 months and recently had a record-breaking month. To keep up with this growth, we need to add more excellent technicians to our team. Our people and systems have earned us a 4.6 Google rating with well over 300 reviews. We currently see approximately 250 cars per month and need help keeping up with the demand. Pay will vary based on ability and experience, but our A-level technicians usually start at $80,000 per year. We greatly reward efficiency and maintain the highest standard of quality in our industry, so there is no limit to the income potential with our company. If you are winning, we are winning.
