Night Shift Lead/Supervisor:

We are looking for a positive, and energetic person who is comfortable working 6pm-1pm. Restaurant/kitchen/bakery experience is desired but we will train the right person. Management experience is a plus, if you are a good communicator with patience, who enjoys working with a tight knit crew, this could be the job for you. Must be physically able to stand 8 hours a day, move at a rapid pace, and continuously lift, push and pull, up to 50lbs.
Core Responsibilities
● Quality Control/Production
● Scheduling of your crew.
● Inventory Purchasing and receiving as needed
● Knowledge of Production Sheets, Both Daily Mix Sizes and Special Changes to Sheets.
● Knowledge of Production Sheets, How to Manipulate and adjust production schedule as needed.
● Employee Accountability.
● Basic HR, day to day employee relations, assist GM with hiring, releasing and on-boarding of employees.
● Facilitate bakery communication.
