WinnCompanies is looking for a dynamic Leasing Manager II to join our team at Golden Gardens, a 110-unit market property located in Fresno, CA.
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day leasing and marketing operations, and supervise other leasing professionals. You will also oversee the functions of apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
