Part-time On-site Resident Apartment Manager

This position requires a proactive, organized, reliable Apartment Manager to live and work onsite and manage the day-to-day functions of a small apartment community.
Responsibilities include:
Daily inspections of all community grounds and facilities.
Scheduling maintenance
Scheduling vendors
Maintaining property and resident files
Weekly property status reporting
Daily communication with the Regional Supervisor
Managing delinquencies, collections, and evictions
Leasing

Experience and Qualifications
Apartment management is a must
Yardi software
Basic understanding of maintenance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Computer proficiency
Eagerness to learn
Flexibility
Work hours are Monday-Friday - Friday 8 am to 1 pm.
Job includes apartment.
Must be able to pass a background check including DMV, credit, criminal, and drug screen.
Must have a reliable vehicle, driver's license, insurance, and registration
