Our client is seeking a talented Accounting Specialist to add to their team. If you are a self-starter who can do perform all aspects of bookkeeping along with supporting with higher level functions, this job is for you. This position also has growth opportunities.
-Full Cycle Accounts Receivable and Payables- back up Payroll
-Cash Accounting functions
-Reconciliations- bank and credit card
-Accurate data entry of invoices, expenses, fees, and all activities for each account
-Monthly invoice processing
-AR aging and collections
-Reporting
-Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Closing
-Sales Tax
-1099’s and DE542 preparations
-5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience including payroll
-Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook required
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Professional communication skills in both written and verbal
-Ability to discuss concerns directly with customer
-High level of confidentiality
-Strong organizational skills and time management
