-Support the day-to-day operational activities of an organization's accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
-Ensure transactions are recorded promptly and accurately in accordance with internal accounting policies.
-Create and distribute invoices to customers and verify, record, and post payments received.
-Review purchase orders, statements, and invoices to verify amounts owed and record and process payments for debts owed by the organization.
-Enter Budget into Excel
-Aging Reports
-Time Sheets
-Respond to customer or vendor inquiries regarding payments or billing and research and resolve discrepancies.
-Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledger accounts.
