This schedule for this internship is 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Days of the week and work hours may change due to business needs.Here’s what you’ll do: Learn and understand all aspects of the Packing House Operations from the time the fruit is received, processed, and shipped.  Assist in production planning for the various departments such as presort, pack, and bagging.Work alongside various production roles including Operations Supervisors, Clerks, and Operators.Identify, develop, and support continuous improvement opportunities.Update and develop departmental SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)Assist with WOW projects and identifying quick winsProvide general administrative support to the operations team
