Technical Program Manager (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs. As a TPM, you will work at the intersection of engineering, product, operations, and business teams to guide strategic initiatives from concept through execution.You'll have the opportunity to:Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple teams.Align engineering, product, business, and operations teams around common goals, timelines, and priorities.Partner with engineering to understand architecture, dependencies, and constraints; translate technical discussions into business impact.Manage roadmaps, milestones, sprint cadences, and release plans; establish and track KPIs, risks, and mitigation strategies.Provide transparent, concise, and actionable updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.Improve program management processes and tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet) to increase team efficiency and delivery predictability.Act as the first line of escalation for blockers and conflicts; drive to resolution through influence and coordination.You will report to the Director of Technical Program Management.This is a hybrid role working out of the Costa Mesa, CA office.
