We're seeking a Project Manager to work on-site at our client's location, specifically focusing on the implementation of a CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solution.
Our client is a major enterprise in the automotive, travel, and financial services sectors, serving a vast member base across the US.Responsibilities:Coordinate project management activities, resources, budget control, equipment, and information.Develop and maintain project documentation, invoices, plans, and reports.Maintain project plans, including schedule, project timeline, and team plans.Identify and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery.Lead and motivate the project team, coordinating their efforts to keep them on track for deliverables.Develop and maintain strong business relationships.Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants; plan meetings and take minutes.Cooperate and coordinate with other departments and third-party subcontractors, meeting the needs of different stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
