We are seeking passionate and reliable individuals to join our talented restaurant staff at Highlands Ranch Resorts fine dining establishment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for guest hospitality and customer service in order to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.

BARTENDER:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, take orders, maintain a clean and organized bar area, along with providing excellent and attentive service to ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain inventory of bar supplies and submit orders as needed. Proficient with classic and modern cocktail recipes, as well as the ability to create drink menus and signature drinks. Knowledge of food handling regulations, best practices in the hospitality industry and experience in catering services is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. 2 - 4 years of bartending experience recommended.

SERVER:

Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answer menu questions and offer recommendations, take accurate food and beverage orders, deliver food and drinks to customers timely and efficiently, along with ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly. Knowledge of food handling regulations, best practices in the hospitality industry and experience in catering services is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communications skills are required. 2 - 4 years of food service recommended.

HOSTESS/HOST:

Greet guests warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant to ensure guests feel comfortable and valued. Take and confirm reservations, both in person and over the phone. Manage the seating chart to ensure efficient and equitable distribution of tables to servers. Provide accurate wait time estimates to guests. Ensure tables are clean and properly set before guiding guests to their table and accommodate any special requests. Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed. Maintain a tidy front-of-house and host station. Excellent customer service and communication skills, along with a friendly and outgoing personality are required. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

BUSSER:

Maintain a clean and efficient dining area by clearing tables, setting them for the next guests and assisting servers and kitchen staff. Assist servers by refilling beverage glasses and delivering food or appetizers to tables if servers are busy. Clean and polish glassware and silverware. Sweep and mop the dining area to keep it clean, along with cleaning up spills and messes promptly. Refill condiment dispensers, ensure stations are stocked with necessary supplies and maintain a clean and organized work area. No experience necessary, will train.
