We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendants to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring that all linens and towels are laundered to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and appearance of our hotel's laundry services, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Launder hotel linens and towels according to established procedures.
Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store laundry items while adhering to proper cleaning protocols.
Inspect laundry for stains or damages and take appropriate action to address issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area.
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management promptly.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role within a hotel or similar environment is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with laundering techniques are a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods while performing laundry duties.
Excellent organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
