We are seeking passionate and reliable individuals to join our talented kitchen staff at Highlands Ranch Resorts fine dining establishment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and experience navigating a commercial kitchen.
LINE COOK:
Cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products, as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation, including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates. Knowledge of food handling regulations, best practices in the hospitality industry and experience in catering services is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. 2 - 4 years of food handling recommended.
PREP COOK:
Prepare and cook a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List. Knowledge of food handling regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. 2 - 4 years of food handling recommended.
DISHWASHER:
Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. No experience required, will train.
