As we expand our operations, we are looking for experienced Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management to join our team located onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas.As part of the E-commerce Integrated Planning Team, you will report into the Director, E-Commerce Integrated Planning and as the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management. You will be responsible for forecasting of labor planning, scenario planning, deployment strategies and driving efficiencies in our fulfillment centers. You will have 5 years experience in a similar role.What you'll do:
Manage end-to-end supply chain processes and resolves daily issues
Analyze data to streamline and improve network efficiencies
Research and analyze root cause of exceptions and escalations
Improve supply chain execution and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve goals
Direct supply chain flow process improvement efforts and identifies areas of opportunity
Model Walmart values and supports social responsibility and sustainability
Act as a servant leader and embraces change and digital transformation
What you'll bring:
5 years of experience in merchandising, operations or analytics
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Master's Degree in Supply Chain highly preferred
Project Management experience
Experience with Power BI, SQL or other analytical tools
