This role will lead the Sourcing Transformation office, tasked with accelerating growth and driving meaningful change in a 1,200+ associate, global organization. Along the way, you'll be guided by our deep-rooted culture with the support and tools you need to do your best work.You'll make an impact by:

Executing Project/Program Processes: You'll oversee the implementation of project/program plans and timelines with strategic objectives, ensuring alignment of initiatives across merchandising business areas.

Leading Dependency and Risk Management Efforts : You'll approve and ensure integration of changes in project scope, identify potential issues and develop contingency plans for projects/programs across merchandising.

Overseeing Change Management: You'll champion best practice change approaches and strategy and lead the development of change plans for your projects/programs within merchandising.

Building Collaborative Relationships: You'll engage and communicate with senior executives across multiple domains and geographies, as well as across product management and engineering, strategy, supply chain, retail merchandising, marketing, customer and store operations, analytics and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of projects/programs for highly complex merchandising categories or business areas.

Leading Strategic Planning Efforts: You'll establish and review alignment of roadmaps and all project/program plans across highly complex categories/business areas to ensure overall merchandising business objectives are met.

Developing People : You'll coach team members and provide feedback to enhance skills, knowledge and work performance, mentoring less experienced associates, managers and directors.

You'll sweep us off our feet if:

You are process driven, data savvy, you can analyze performance, assess trends, and translate insights into strategies.

You have a track record of leading multiple projects / programs through their lifecycle, nailing deliverables and solving for complex problems that address true business needs.

You are someone who takes end-to-end ownership to lead cross-functional partners through strategic high visibility projects.

You have strong foundational merchandising, financial and / or analytical experience (and are intellectually curious).

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate across different levels of the organization.

You are an independent problem solver with an attitude that never finds barriers you can't overcome.

You enjoy a fast-paced environment with different challenges every day
