We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance, manage schedules, and handle confidential information with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files and records.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Perform office tasks such as filing, generating reports, and reordering supplies.
- Assist in planning company events and team-building activities.
Requirements:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook Calendar).
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all communications.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills.
- Clerical experience including typing and filing is a plus. Bilingual Preferred
