Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
File documents both physically and digitally
Assist with data entry and basic reporting tasks
Order and maintain office supplies
Provide general administrative support to various departments
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
