The journey will begin with a four-month contract training program, during which you will study for and obtain your SIE, receiving extensive training on clients, systems, and products. Throughout this entire period, you will receive hands-on coaching and support as well as guided on-the-job training on our Service 360 team.
You will serve as the first point of contact for Advisors and their Investors, taking 25-30 inbound contacts daily, handling everything from simple account inquiries to supporting complex financial transactions.

College degree HIGHLY preferred but not required
Tech-Savvy
Knowledge-based support as opposed to reading off the script.

2+ yrs in a client-facing service-oriented role, communication skills, digital and multi-tasking capability 8+ different systems.
