The HR Business Partner Director plays a key strategic role in aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational change and success. Partnering closely with functional leaders to align HR practices with department and business goals.  Provide guidance on talent management, performance, and engagement initiatives that support company goals and foster a positive workplace culture. lead organizational change efforts, oversee special projects, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement impactful initiatives. Additionally, the role will leverage HR data to monitor progress, inform strategic decisions, and ensure all projects comply with company policies and legal requirements. This position is essential in driving the company’s long-term success by shaping and executing HR strategies that enhance employee performance and leadership development.Lead the organization’s human capital objectives by working closely with all HR representatives and collaborating with organization leaders to provide HR guidance to support department and functional objectives.Interpret and apply understanding of corporate policies and practices, employment law, and other regulations to provide advice, guidance, or clarification on HR inquiries. Work closely with management and employees to support organizational changes while maintaining a productive work environment and maintaining employee retention and engagement. Support current and future business objectives by developing HR plan and ensuring employees are informed, engaged and able to adapt to new situations.   Implement and manage HR programs and initiatives that support organizational goals.Assess training needs, to apply and monitor training programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Suggest and develop new HR strategies as needed.Manage/participate on special projects/programs requiring stakeholder input, as needed.Escalate issues that need SVP of HR’s or General Council review/approvalOther duties as assigned
