If you love making guests smile, spreading holiday cheer, and creating unforgettable moments, this role is for you.Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Resort Experience, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Anticipate guests needs creating  memorable experiencesConsistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging serviceDisplay precise  knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusionsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure Five Diamond representation of resortAssist guests with directional in an informative and helpful wayOther duties as assigned
