Resort Experience - Lobby Ambassador & Dog Handler

Join our dynamic and highly skilled team of Lobby Ambassadors & Dog Handlers at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working with dogs and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Our lobby ambassadors are the backbone of our Golden Friends of the Fairmont Program, responsible for providing excellent care to our four-legged partners, as well as supporting them in various operational and Guest service activities.Reporting to the Manager of Resort Experience, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Maintain and handle one or multiple lobby dogs in various guest service welcoming interactions and activitiesMaintain accurate daily reports of the lobby dogs ' behaviors, interactions, and health statusAnticipate guests needs, creating memorable experiencesConsistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging serviceDisplay precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusionsFollow all policies, procedures and service standardsConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure Five Diamond representation of resortAssist guests with directional in an informative and helpful wayOther duties as assigned
