We are seeking a two resources:
1)Group Home Female Manager/Director to become a part of our team
2) Female Care Worker to become a part of our team
Both will coordinate medical and health services in residential environment.
Responsibilities:
Establish, manage, and sustain a therapeutic transitional residential facility.
Experienced person who worked prior with DDD and understands the day to day need.
Manage employees and act as an administrator.
Must be certified in following: Article 9, CPR, First Aid, prevention and support.
Facilitating meetings with DDD and completing administrative/office paperwork as needed such as data sharing, billing, responding to emails, reviewing and managing client's file.
Must be computer savvy.
Full Time position.
1)Female Manager/Director Qualifications:
Female candidates only due to client needs
Experience working in group home residential environment
Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
Prior experience working with DDD is must.
Experience working with disabled people
Someone kind, compassionate and has lots of Patience
Experience in a managerial role
Strong leadership qualities
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
2)Female Care Worker(DCW) Qualifications:
Prior 2 year experience working with mentally and physically disabled clients
Experience working in group home environment
Experience is day to day tasks - dressing, eating, going out for walk, mall, and doctor appointments etc.
Experience completion daily charts and daily medication logs
Helping clients achieve daily goals such as making a sandwich or reading a book etc.
