We are seeking a Group Home Female Manager/Director to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical and health services in residential environment.
Responsibilities:
Establish, manage, and sustain a therapeutic transitional residential facility.
Experienced person who worked prior with DDD and understands the day to day need.
Manage employees and act as an administrator.
Must be certified in following: Article 9, CPR, First Aid, prevention and support.
Facilitating meetings with DDD and completing administrative/office paperwork as needed such as data sharing, billing, responding to emails, reviewing and managing client's file.
Must be computer savvy.
Flexible for Part-Time/Full Time position.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
Prior experience working with DDD is must.
Experience working with disabled people
Someone kind, compassionate and has lots of Patience
Experience in a managerial role
Strong leadership qualities
Strong organizational skills
