We are a successful, fun, and fast-growing multi-line Insurance Agency and we have an immediate opening for a personable, positive, and reliable Customer Service Specialist to help us maintain our existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Respond efficiently to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
Maintain daily Alerts as they relate to missing required docs and late pays
Provide exceptional service to clients, answering questions and promptly resolving issues
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to be on the lookout for opportunities to help achieve sales goals
Qualifications:
Prior Insurance industry experience
Must have Personal Lines, or P&C Insurance license to be considered
