We are a construction company specializing in excavation, demolition, and grading. We’re looking for a Receptionist/Office Assistant to help answer phones and assist our boss with daily tasks.
Job Details:
Answer phones and take messages.
Help with basic office tasks (emails, scheduling, filing).
Assist the boss with any administrative needs.
Requirements:
Friendly attitude.
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office).
Organized and reliable.
Experience is a plus but not required.
Fluent in English.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Pay:
$15-$20/hr. Can be discussed at interview
