Receptionist needed for busy estate planning firm in Surprise.

We have an investment firm and law firm.

Experience necessary - Basic Front office/Front Desk skills

Family owned and operated business with high volume of clients seeks experienced Admin receptionist.

Position is Monday - Friday 8:30am 4:30pm

Telephone experience a must.

Customer Service skills important

Light housekeeping.

Some sales.

Must have experience setting appointments.

Must be able to answer and return all phone calls.

Must pick up and return voice mails.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must have computer skills, Microsoft word, canva,

Must know how to use office equipment such as copier, shredder, scanner.

Must know how to edit and print word documents.

Must set appointments for staff.

Must keep schedule on time.

Must greet clients and check them in

Must send clients welcome email and intake forms.

Must sent up contacts and cases in CRM.

Must scan documents and upload them to client case files.

Must help prepare and print client documents.

Light housekeeping, keep front lobby and office in order, wash dishes from coffee, put out coffee and snacks, take trash out, light dusting.

MUST BE PROFESSIONAL

Friendly, sociable, outgoing, professional appearance, fast learning and able to think on your feet.

Sales skills/experience helpful

Legal or financial background helpful but not required.

Opportunity to advance to sales or delivering trusts and doing trust signings.

Must love working with families and senior citizens.

Minimum wage to start.

Must be able to start soon.
