We are currently hiring an Office Assistant for our start-up company in South Tempe. We are searching for a team member with a can-do attitude willing to learn and grow with us. Entry level position, we will train the right candidate. Must be outgoing and computer savvy. Bilingual is a plus but not required. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Clerical duties: Sort and send mail, maintain files, and keep an inventory of office supplies
Customer service: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address customer inquiries
Front desk: Greet visitors, employees, job candidates, and vendors
Office organization: Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized
Document management: Scan, photocopy, and file documents both paper and digital
Office equipment: Maintain office equipment like copiers and fax machines
Telephone calls: Route telephone calls
Miscellaneous tasks: Arrange drinks and meals for staff, post company policies in the office, and run errands
