Job Title: Full-Time Office Assistant (Monday-Friday)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour meal break)
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and service-driven Office Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a full-time commitment, with flexible start times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to office staff and management
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Manage and distribute mail and correspondence
Prepare reports, maintain files, and update records
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of information
Handle other clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an office/administrative role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Strong customer service orientation
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is REQUIRED
Compensation:
$18-$22 per hour, depending on experience
Paid time off, holidays, and potential for benefits after probationary period
