What You'll Be Doing:
Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from new and existing customers
Outbound calls; reaching out using call lists that are generated to reach our target audience for both roofing and remodeling projects.
Schedule roofing inspections, remodeling consultations, and warranty appointments.
Follow up with customers post-appointment and/or post-project to ensure satisfaction.
Support with warranty questions, reschedules, and general updates.
Input customer and project details into the CRM program/s.
Handle questions and concerns in a professional, empathetic manner.
Provide administrative support such as filing contracts, updating project notes, and confirming appointment calendars.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent; some office training preferred.
1+ years of customer service or administrative experience, ideally in construction, roofing, or remodeling.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using scheduling/CRM software and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Organized, dependable, and able to manage competing priorities.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
Proficient with computers and scheduling systems (we’ll train the right person)

Location: On-site | Scottsdale, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM; Occasional weekend or evening availability during high-volume seasons or storms
