We are seeking an Administrative/Customer Service Support to join our team! We are a small business environment offering a laid back and fun atmosphere yet very fast paced with theday to day needs.You will be responsible for a variety of daily tasks ranging from customer support and follow up to data entry, vendor coordination and miscellaneous needs.
Responsibilities:
Handle general customer inquiries and concerns
Provideinformation about the products and services including status of current accounts
Assessand resolvevarious customer needs
Document and update customer files, spread sheets and create invoicing
Coordinate with vendors for fulfillment, status and customer requests
Miscellaneous office duties and tasksas needed
Develop and maintain a knowledgebase of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, office admin, or other related fields preferably in a sales environment
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask with good problem solving skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Strong computer skills
Ability to be self motivated and show up for work Mon-Fri
