To be considered for this unique position we request evidence of the following skills and experience:
Demonstrated experience in supporting business owners in the day-to-day running of a growing firm
General bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
Producing monthly reports, including P&L and budgets
General Human Resources experience including payroll and new hire onboarding
Clear and precise communication skills both written and verbal
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a proactive approach to problem solving
Able to work independently or as part of a collaborative team
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Previous experience or education in a creative discipline desirable
Social media and marketing a plus
This is initially a part-time (15-20 hours per week) role where the chosen individual will be a vital part of the team who is looking to build a career.
