We have a job opening for an admin assistant within an electrical contractor's office. You should have a strong working knowledge of construction terminology, strong organizational skills, good written and verbal communication, good computer literacy, and possess a working knowledge of spreadsheets. You should also have knowledge of word processing software, and knowledge of Google Chrome for emails, Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. The desktop you will be working with is a Mac computer, so you should have some knowledge of the apple systems.
The job is part-time for now, but could work into a full-time position later.
