Aerospace manufacturing company is seeking an Accounting Clerk/ / Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our team!
Responsibilities:
Review and record invoices A/R & A/P
Answer office phone
Data Entry
Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
Maintain office /shop supplies inventory
Perform all other office tasks
Provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
Experience in data entry
Basic understanding of accounting procedures
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Creative thinker
Team player
Willing to learn new task
Perform all other office tasks
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Job Type: Full-time
