Large property management company in Central Phoenix is looking for a skilled and highly detailed handyman to perform work orders and turnovers to make a home “Rent Ready”. The right person for this job is reliable and thorough, as you will need to conduct Move-Out/In Inspections, provide detailed estimates for all necessary repairs. Must be highly skilled handymen with experience in minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.
This is a contractor’s position.
