Our property preservation company needs independent sub-contractors to service throughout Arizona and the surrounding areas. We manage, repair, and preserve residential properties for lenders before, during, and after foreclosure. Each job varies based on overall property condition.
If you have Property Preservation, Construction, or General Handyman experience (especially with foreclosures or REO properties) and possess all the equipment listed below, please respond to this email with your contact info and a brief history. -Lock/padlock changes
-Board-ups
-Major and Minor Repairs
-Winterizations
-Mold Remediation
-Lawn Maintenance
-Debris removal
-Various other maintenance work.
Requirements for our contractors are as follows:
Clean background
Dependable mode of transportation for yourself and equipment (Pickup truck or work van only)
Valid driver's license
Trailer to haul away debris
Standard tools, ladder, generator & a compressor for winterizations
Smartphone (iPhone or droid) and GPS
Contractor Supplies included but not limited to knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lock boxes, plywood, building supplies, tarps, etc.
Must have excellent communication skills and be detailed in documenting each job
