Dog Haus Biergarten, a craft casual concept known for its gourmet hot dogs, sausages, burgers, and more, is seeking a Kitchen Manager/Assistant General Manager to join our team at our locally owned and operated location. As a KM/AGM you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company as we continue to expand in the Valley.

Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and lead a team
Manage inventory and ordering
Oversee budgeting and P&Ls
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Forecast and schedule
Deliver excellent verbal and written communication
Provide exceptional customer service and guest recovery
Resolve problems and conflicts
Utilize basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of 3rd party delivery provider systems
Experience with local area marketing and social media promotions
Comfortable with computers/smart technology and 3rd party applications
Previous experience in opening new restaurants
Knowledge of bar management and/or craft beer
