Project Engineering Department Administrative Assistant (This is not a remote position)S 34th St. Phoenix, AZ This role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home)Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support to Honeywell executives. You will work closely with the business leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers. Contribute in a team of highly committed professionals who's organizational and communication skills ensure smooth travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning and other administrative business processes. This role supports several executives and a large team in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars

Coordinate meetings

Plan complex travel

Interact with internal and external customers

Process expense reports and invoices

Manage supplies and other indirect purchases

Share information with admin assistants

Coordinate employee engagement events

Coordinate employee recognition

Assist in on-boarding new hires

Extract data from Honeywell tools as requested

Work with excel spreadsheet, schedule meetings via "Teams", and create PowerPoint decks

High School Diploma
