Compiling and sorting data for computer entry; establishing entry priorities
Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing information and identifying issues
Aiding the company in data entry and additional administrative tasks
Assisting with special projects as required
Utilizing policies and procedures to continue operations; communicating necessary changes
Following techniques and procedures for data program and meeting data entry requirements
Handling materials containing highly confidential information Requirements - Proficient with computers and technology platforms
Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
Produce a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
Project management experience highly desired
Good understanding of Onsite
Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Word
Experience with Triage
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Prior experience with Computer Programs
Practical knowledge of Verification
Previous experience working with Written Communication
Comprehension of Quality Service
Documentation experience preferred
Expertise in Chubb
Well-founded grasp of About Time
Skills in Loan Renewal Processes
Proven knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Solid understanding of Keyboard Skills
General familiarity with Maintain Logs
Strong familiarity with SharePoint Workflow
Solid understanding of Operate Computer
Wide ranging experience with Interpersonal Skills
Hands-on experience with Conversions

Earlier work involving Submission
