Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, scheduling appointments, and coordinating service calls.
- Job Management: Organize and manage incoming plumbing job requests, dispatch technicians, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and process invoices for plumbing services, ensuring accuracy and prompt billing.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and completed jobs.

Job Details:

Salary: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
