Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: 2990 E Northern Ave, Suite A101, Phoenix AZ 85028

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $21 - $25 per hour, DOE + Bonus Plan ($500-$5,000 per year)

Benefits: Health / Dental benefits after 90 days

About Us:

Handyman Connection of Phoenix has been owned in our family for almost 25 years! We are dedicated to providing top-notch home improvement and repair services. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and quality work. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and help us continue to make a big impact in our small business. We have around 15 tradesmen working in the field and two owners in the office with an office manager.

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and professional customer service to our Craftsmen and Customers over the phone, text and email.

Utilize basic knowledge of construction trades to address customer inquiries and coordinate service appointments.

Use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel efficiently to manage customer information and communication.

Have a good understanding of the geography in the Phoenix metro area to assist with scheduling and logistics - this is important.

Be solution-oriented, eager to learn new things, and ready to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

Friendly and approachable demeanor.

Basic knowledge of construction trades.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.Familiarity with the Phoenix metro area.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work well within a small team.

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly wage ($21 - $25 DOE) + Bonus Plan ($500-$5,000 per year)
