We are a private, non-corporate company in Chandler, Arizona specializing in the Craft Supply Industry. We cater to people who are in the world of sublimation, laser engraving, epoxy, uv resin, and anything that has to do with crafting. We have been in business for 5 years and have been growing exponentially year over year. With over 15 long-term employees, we are now looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Operations Specialist. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and care.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must speak FLUENT Spanish and English

Must own a vehicle for reliable transportation

Must be willing to learn about Sublimation, Laser Engraving, Epoxy Crafts, and Equipment such as Laser Engravers, Sublimation Printers, and more!

This is NOT an entry level job. We require someone who has experience in customer service.

If you love conversing with people, multi-tasking, learning new things every day, and dealing with issues and coming up with solutions, this job is for you!

If you are introverted, shy, quiet, timid, low-energy, 9-5 mindset, or not comfortable working with a team, this job is NOT for you!

What Qualities Are We looking For?

Positive Attitude:

When things are chaotic, keep a level head and use multi-tasking skills to get the customer serviced. During busy times, a typical Customer Service rep will be doing 2-5 things at one time. It is important to learn how to juggle these things with the help of your team leader.

Hard Work Ethic:

Going the extra mile is something everyone in this company does every day. You will be expected to always want to do more, even if all of your tasks are done before the day is over. Being able to efficiently complete tasks and move on to learning new things is an essential quality we are looking for.

Communication Skills:

You will be held accountable every day for the good and the bad; it is important to not take things personally and to understand the bigger picture, which is to get the customer serviced, satisfied, and wanting to come back for more. It is important to be outspoken and respectful. If you feel some "type of way" about something, bring it up to your team leader and we are always open to constructive criticism, but remember that being respectful throughout the entire conversation is what will determine how that conversation will be resolved.

Adaptability & Flexibility:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you might be asked to help in other departments if those departments are super busy, or if they do not have enough workers that day. You might be asked to help with picking orders, shipping orders, cleaning the warehouse, restocking product shelves, unloading containers, and any other daily warehouse tasks. Although being asked to do this is a rare occurrence, we expect you to have an open mind about helping where needed.

Problem-Solving & Resourcefulness:

When issues arise, be solution driven and come up with a solution that you think is good and present it to your team leader. Have the skills to use Google or ChatGPT to find answers to common issues, and to also do some studying at home during off-hours to learn about the different types of crafts we offer. This will help you understand what the customer is going through and will make you an expert in the many different types of crafts in order to properly get the customer taken care of.

Team Player:

We offer many company events throughout the year, as well as volunteering opportunities. We expect you to join us in order to build team chemistry and to give back to the community. Being a team player during work hours is a must; you will be communicating with 2-4 people in different departments every day to figure out customer or order issues.

Entrepreneurial Spirit:

You must have "owner's mentality". Take pride in your work and present new systems and ideas to your team leader. You are the first line of defense for the customer, and the way you respond to these customers will determine the reputation and trust of this company. If you get them taken care of properly, they will come back to buy more. If you do not take care of them properly, we not only lose a customer but we lose our value and reputation as a small business. It is literally in your hands on how good or bad the company does.
